Upon arriving at Holiday Inn Vilnius, my midnight hunger was met with exceptional culinary delights at the renowned Rib Room Restaurant. The executive chef, Alena Rantsevene, curated a menu that celebrated superb quality and regional cuisine. Each dish, crafted with the finest ingredients, paid homage to tradition while embracing innovation.I embarked on a gastronomic journey, savoring international flavors and signature rib dishes that left my taste buds in awe. The breakfast buffet in the Rib Room was a delightful symphony of flavors, a perfect start to each day of exploration.The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, the perfect backdrop for indulging in a business lunch or an à la carte dinner. To the culinary delights, the hotel's proximity to vibrant bazaars and local attractions added an extra layer of charm to my Baltic adventure. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Vilnius for both its culinary innovation and welcoming atmosphere.
